PortaHeat® is the portable rocket stove solution for your off-grid, emergency or camping heat source for cooking and boiling water!

If you are concerned about surviving an emergency scenario that lasts more than a few days or weeks where it is unlikely that outside help is coming to your rescue, you will need a way to cook the food you have stored and heat water for activities such as food prep, sanitizing, and personal hygiene.

The PortaHeat® provides an affordable and economical solution for cooking food or boiling water especially if the emergency duration is longer than a few days or a few weeks. Since the PortaHeat® is made from all-welded heavy-duty steel, it will last for years to come.

Versatile
The PortaHeat® can be used with nearly any wood source such as sticks and branches, pre-cut kindling from logs, shipping pallets, or wood pellets (when coupled with the PelletHeat™ and TurboHeat™ options).

During any emergency, there will be an immediate shortage of propane and the PortaHeat® is a great option for a sustainable heat source.

Unlimited
Since the PortaHeat® can burn nearly any wood fuel, its use is limited only by the amount of wood a person can gather or store. Adding the TurboHeat™, a small 12VDC battery, and a small solar panel will make the PortaHeat a sustainable cooking solution.

This means you will have a nearly infinite supply of heat for cooking food or boiling water in an emergency as long as there is wood to burn.

Portable
The PortaHeat® is compact and portable. It weighs 30 lbs and can be carried by the welded-on carry handle. This means you can have a cooking or heating source on the move in the trunk of your, in the bed of your pick-up truck, outlander vehicle, or RV.

Effective
Since the PortaHeat® is made from heavy-duty steel with a wide base, you can cook with it using cast iron cookware, light-duty camping pans, or standard kitchen-duty pans. Additionally, the large capacity fuel chute means fewer wood loading cycles. Coming soon will be a charcoal top, a Sterno® top, a griddle top, and a space heater top.

Efficient
The PortaHeat® offers high heat capacity with minimal human effort. Imagine how much effort it takes to boil water or cook food over an open campfire. Most of the heat from burning wood is wasted in the atmosphere. The PortaHeat harnesses the heat generated and directs it right into the cooking target.
