PortaWell® Warranty

Our portable water filtration (PortaWell® and PortaWell® Mini) system is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the device without charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized modification.  This warranty does not cover filters except for those damaged in shipping. To make a claim under this warranty, please contact our customer support team at support@myportawell.com  with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
